Our 3 Bedroom 3. 5 Bath Townhouses at the Vista Cay Resort are multi-level homes with three bedrooms, each with its own private bath. Ample space and privacy appeals to both business and leisure travelers alike. This home is located in the upscale community of Vista Cay, next to the Orange County Convention Center. It is convenient to all the major Orlando attractions and just a short drive from the airport, making it the ideal location for your stay.

The first floor offers a Queen bedroom, flat screen TV, private bath and full-size washer and dryer. The main floor is spacious with a full-size kitchen and there is also a washer/dryer in the unit. The living room has a sofa and love seat plus a 55” TV, certain to help keep everyone entertained after a long day of work or fun at the parks. The dining area has a large table with seating for six. For your convenience a half bath is located on this main floor. The third-floor master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet and private bath with double sinks. The secondary bedroom on this floor has 2 Double beds, flat screen TV and its own bath. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

Our units are standardized in terms of the bedding setup, linens, and amenities but are individually decorated. Our homeowners must meet strict quality standards to be in our rental pool and our reviews are from guests who all stayed in different units. The 3 Bedroom Townhouses are located on Cool Breeze Drive, Tideview Circle, and Tidecrest Avenue within the resort.

It is very close to the Orange County Convention center. I was able to walk every day of my convention. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Good WiFi throughout the home. Pool is warm and large with a nice hot tub. Easy to get to Universal and Disney without having to pay tolls. Would definitely stay again!
