Our 3 Bedroom 3. 5 Bath Townhouses at the Vista Cay Resort are multi-level homes with three bedrooms, each with its own private bath. Ample space and privacy appeals to both business and leisure travelers alike. This home is located in the upscale community of Vista Cay, next to the Orange County Convention Center. It is convenient to all the major Orlando attractions and just a short drive from the airport, making it the ideal location for your stay.

The first floor offers a Queen bedroom, flat screen TV, private bath and full-size washer and dryer. The main floor is spacious with a full-size kitchen and there is also a washer/dryer in the unit. The living room has a sofa and love seat plus a 55” TV, certain to help keep everyone entertained after a long day of work or fun at the parks. The dining area has a large table with seating for six. For your convenience a half bath is located on this main floor. The third-floor master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet and private bath with double sinks. The secondary bedroom on this floor has 2 Double beds, flat screen TV and its own bath. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

Family vacation to Universal turned into very relaxing trip. Not only did we enjoy the fact that Universal was very close to the complex, but restaurants, shops and other attractions were within walking distance or very nearby. Great trip!

Orlando Weekend Trip

This townhouse was perfect for our group of six. We appreciated each bedroom having its own bathroom. We did not get the chance to check out the resort amenities. The location was great, close to Publix and plenty of food options. We would stay here again.

This location was the perfect location for our corporate event held at Orange County Convention Center. Also well located for restaurant and other locations. Everything was amazing, apartment was super clean. Check in was seamless. Everything just amazing! Have stayed there in the past and will continue to make this our location of choice when in Orlando.

clean and great location for OC convention center

Lovely large and clean unit, perfect for our week at the boys volleyball tournament at OCCC. IT's walkable to several food spots and convention center, easy accessible to many other spots like Top Golf and 15 mins from Disney. We loved having 4 bathrooms and a washer and dryer, would stay here again if we ever have to come to the OCCC.

First time at Vista Cay will book again!

This was our first time staying at Vista Cay and we loved our townhouse rental and the location was perfect!! It was quiet and we liked having our own space. Communication for early check-in was quick and timely. We decided to pay extra to stay a little longer, which was a nice option. The only complaint was the floors were a little dirty. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Unit in a great location

We have stayed in this complex a number of times before and this has been our favorite unit. Having the two full sized beds instead of the typical twin sized was a big plus, but also this unit was really clean and well stocked. It's located in a quieter area of the complex compared to others we've stayed. The property manager responded VERY quickly to any questions or inquiries we had - we will definitely be back!
