Great! Privacy and convenience on a quiet cul-de-sac.
Casita Quintana is very clean and well kept up. Dave and Petra are excellent hosts; helpful but not obtrusive. The house is conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood close to the plaza and main highways. Facilities for cooking and laundry. A large master bedroom and smaller double bedroom, comfortable living room with TV and wifi. All in all, very comfortable and affordable. We highly recommend it. James and Lydia

Cute house with a history on a large lot in a quiet neighborhood.
It was great to meet Dave and Petra when we arrived for our stay and were delighted to learn that the house was her childhood home. There was plenty of room and light, and a bonus sun room that was delightful as well. The location lets you cut off a bunch of the nasty traffic on the main drag though town.

It was a delight meeting the Doney's, we had a good conversation upon check in. The Casita was left in good order, with a note, which is always appreciated. We would definitely host again and would highly recommend.

Cozy, Clean, and Convenient
The house was very clean and the yard spacious with trees and flowers. The whole neighborhood has lush trees which gives a feeling of privacy. The home is quaint and charming, a very Northern New Mexico feel. There was plenty of towels and toiletries to last our 4-5 day stay and a washer and dryer too. Groceries, etc..the Old Town Plaza are walking distance but I would recommend just making a short drive. Much like Santa Fe, there is congested traffic near the centralized area of the Plaza. (Alot of tourists). The owners, David and Petra, whom we only saw once at our arrival were a very nice couple and gave us a quick tour of the house showing us where to find anything we needed. I texted them a couple of times and they responded promptly. I will recommend this home rental to all my family and friends and in the future on my return to Taos, (or nearby Red River), I will definitely check on it's availability first.

Perfect for our group
This place was the perfect distance from everything in Taos, it was just far enough away that the noise was low. Perfect for a couple of people wanting to have fun.
