Very lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Folly View, everything was very clean and well equipped. The beds could be a little bit comfier but that was a minor issue and the drains at the front of the house need to be cleared as when it rained the drive was full of puddles but all minor! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and communication was great with the team!
Response from VrboOwner on 18 Sept 2024
Thank you for your review of your recent stay at Folly View. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed your stay at the cottage and it was very clean and well equipped. Sometimes during heavy storms the rain water can back up the drain in the car park and the problem will be looked at by the property manager. We are sorry that you felt that the beds were not comfy, but this can be a personal preference and the owners have not received any complaints from previous guests. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Cotswolds soon.

Just right!

Perfect for a family reunion. Space to chill in an environment with things to do if needed but the river, table footy, ping ping, hot tub and garden were more than enough. Thank you Camden Farms.

Good accommodation for our needs, very spacious. It was a shame that the outside seating area was not covered, so we couldn't sit outside because of the weather.

Amazing property on the outside but when you scratch

The situation and set up of the property is fabulous. Can’t fault it - it’s modern, open and light with great facilities and decor. Unfortunately for the money we paid the attention to detail and then overall care of the property is below what it should be. Here are some of the things that need addressing: Mould on tiles in showers Walls are heavily marked Curtain hooks missing in some rooms No toiletries provided other than hand soap Mattresses really lumpy and soft Sun loungers are heavily marked and not very clean Outside chairs and tables had to be wiped down before sitting on due to dirt, cobwebs and bird poo Heavy grime in door sills and dusty outside window ledges So whilst the property is lovely, it isn’t really being looked after
