The apartment is located on the second floor of a small apartment building with unobstructed views of the lake. The pool and garden areas are shared with the other tenants in the building (pool open from May through October). For families with children, a cot, high chair, and baby bathtub (completely free) are available upon request. Towels, bedding, beach towels, and shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom are provided. For key pickup and drop-off, the apartment has a secure lockbox with a code, which will be provided to you via email. Check-in is handled by the owner. Regarding climate control, the apartment features a heat/cool air conditioner in the living-dining room and newly installed heat/cool air conditioners in the bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans.
Free parking is available on the premises.

Tourism Tax:
Since July 2016, local authorities have established a tourism tax (eco-tax):
(€2.20 per person per night) for the first 8 days. For all subsequent days (€1.10 per person per night). Not applicable to children under 16.
Must be paid in cash to the owner upon arrival.
