There is also an indoor dining table with seating for 8.
The first of the villa’s 4 bedrooms can be found on this level, master bedroom with en-suite shower room. This spacious bedroom has sliding doors opening onto the Pool terrace and views of Kalkan bay. All bedrooms in the villa have spacious wardrobes and dressing tables.
There is a walk-in cupboard by the stairs that houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
A guest toilet can also be found on this floor.
First Floor:
Three further bedrooms are situated on this level.
Master Bedroom with en-suite shower room and sliding door to a private balcony with views of the private garden and Kalkan Bay.
Two twin bedrooms that share a separate shower room and a large balcony with far reaching views to the islands and Kalkan Bay.
Second Floor (Roof terrace):
Stairs lead up to a roof terrace with panoramic views of Kalkan bay. Under this partly shaded terrace is a rattan sofa and 2 arm chairs set around a coffee table surrounded by large planted pots. This wonderful outside space includes a private bar and fridge so you can enjoy a sundowner before walking into town for dinner.
Outside the villa:
The villa has an L-shaped pool accessed by steps. The spacious and private terrace area has 8 sunbeds and 2 parasols. There is a covered terraced area with a marble dining table that seats 8. A built-in pizza oven / BBQ can be found in the elevated part of the terraced garden, or a gas BBQ is provided if preferred. A table tennis table is available for guest use.
The beautifully planted mature garden has been thoughtfully landscaped at different levels and the street below can accessed via a convenient gate from the garden.
