Large house with plenty of rooms and has a comfortable feel about it. Pet-friendly and there is a secure enclosed garden off the kitchen. Bedding and towels were clean. There's games and puzzles available and an information folder/board too.The house had a general clean but could have been better in places, be aware that the older part of the house has no ceiling lights - just lamps in rooms some of which did not work. The information could have been clearer in the folder especially explaining where the freezer was! Overall, we enjoyed our stay but felt that the house just needed a little TLC to make it wonderful.Ideally situated in Kingsbridge with ferries, buses and the town centre, a 5 minute walk away. Plenty of places to eat and walk
