Located south of Syracuse, in eastern Sicily, Villa Pearl of Sicily is a beautiful villa situated near the famous seaside resort of Fontane Bianche. Just a few hundred metres from the sandy beach, the villa is ideal for those who want to be close to the sea and amenities such as restaurants, shops, and banks (3 km). From here, it’s easy to visit the enchanting Baroque cities of Syracuse, Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, and Scicli. You can also reach the Vendicari Nature Reserve, the fishing villages of Portopalo and Marzamemi, Taormina, and Mount Etna.<br>The property is spread over two levels.<br><br>On the ground floor, you’ll find a living area, a dining area (with table and chairs), and a well-equipped kitchen.
