About this property

La Casa tra gli Ulivi - Discounts depending on length of stay.

Our house is located between Camaiore and the village of Pedona, Campiglioni. The central body dates back to the late '400 and was built on a stone ridge as a stable and accommodation. Enlarged and renovated over the years, inside there are terracotta floors of Impruneta, railings of the famous foundry of Candalla, Velletri tiles and ancient beams originating from an ancient Camaiore palace. Do not expect perfection, its small defects make it unique. Follow us on IG @lacasatragliulivi
We remind our guests that the costs of water (€ 4.50 m3), electricity (€ 1.20 KW) and heating (€ 30.00 per day, see WARNING) are extra to pay cash at check out as per house rules, internet with cellular data connection with the main telephone companies as per house rules (No WI-FI).
WARNING: according to local regulations in force Tuscany, Camaiore, Zone D, the heating cannot be turned on from April 1 to November 8.
