A very quaint cottage, with all the amenities that you would need, warm and cosy with a very pleasan

A very quaint cottage, with all the amenities that you would need, warm and cosy with a very pleasant pub/restaurant a short 5 minute walk away.Excellent instructions given and Sarah kept us updated.Sadly we could only stay one night of the planned three due to illness.But I would highly recommend this for a family stay.

Stayed here for 4 nights in October half term…… such a beautiful house in an idyllic loc

Stayed here for 4 nights in October half term…… such a beautiful house in an idyllic location…. The house itself was spotless and had everything we needed. It was so cosy too.The lovely grange over sands is only about 2 miles away with shops, a lovely promenade etc and we walked into cartmel a couple of times which took about 25 minutes. Would definitely stay again and the host was lovely too!

Clean comfortable cottage in a village close to Grange Over Sands.

Clean comfortable cottage in a village close to Grange Over Sands. Everything you need in this cottage is provided. Lovely owners who left a very nice welcome pack along with a bunch of fresh flowers. Excellent shower in the bathroom leaves you feeling refreshed. Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook a meal at the cottage. Just down the road well within walking distance is The Pheasant Inn where quality food and drink is served at reasonable prices. About two miles down the road is Cartmell a quaint little village with plenty of eateries and of course Cartmell Race Course. I would most definitely recommend this holiday cottage.

We loved our stay here.

We loved our stay here. Beautifully clean and plenty of kitchen equipment. The little garden was secure for the dog and the Pheasant Inn was friendly and the food was very good. Five minute drive to Cartmel and similar to Grange. Very highly recommended
