A very nice accommodation with private parking when visiting St Ives and its surroundings. The location was ideal as well, with only a short walk to the village, the Tate or the beach. We had a great stay with our family this summer. Our host, Rohan, was available for any questions we had and provided us with all the info and tips we needed and more.

Little Eden = 5 Star Perfection

Little Eden is absolutely the best! Excellent location, within easy walking distance to the many attractions of St Ives - the beautiful beaches, harbor and pier; several museums, loads of great shops, restaurants and more. The house itself is just wonderful - spacious, beautifully and comfortably furnished, one immediately feels right at home. Each room is thoroughly and thoughtfully equipped, with everything a guest might need. The lounge with its cozy fire is the perfect gathering spot, the kitchen is very convenient and extremely well-equipped, the beds are beyond comfy, and the bathroom is amazing...so delightfully luxurious. The private garden is a lovely place to relax in for breakfast, or at the end of the day's adventures...in May the flowers were gorgeous! The off-street private parking is a huge bonus, too. Rohan is the consummate host, very responsive with great communication. He provided lots of helpful information and advice, from his first welcoming email at booking until, regretfully, our stay was over. I would highly recommend Rohan and Little Eden to anyone looking for a super host offering a truly outstanding place to stay in St Ives.
