a fully renovated holiday villa with a new private heated pool for up to 8 people, 4 bedrooms and 2 renovated bathrooms in Montlegun-Carcassonne. The fully fenced property is situated only 600 meters from the "Lac de la Cavayère" with beaches, various water aquatics and a tree climbing parc.
Large living room leading with direct access to the garden. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Free high speed Fibre-WiFi. French television. Front and back garden with a veranda and a private "pétangue" area. 4 adult bicycles available free of charge.
Ideal for winter stays October-April and we have monthly discounted longstayer rates all inclusive. We can also change one bedroom into an office with 2 desks.
There is a direct bus to the Castle La Cite and the city center and the larger supermarkets are closeby.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great house, great pool, lovely setting

This is a nice modern well equipped house. Often holiday homes don’t have enough kitchen equipment but this one was very well appointed. The pool was lovely - clean and easy to get in and out of. No slippy slabs. The location was terrific. Very close to a water park with a cool lakeside bar where we consumed a lot of Aperol Spritzers. Host very pleasant and helpful

Breakfast in Carcassonne with private overlooking the Pyrénées. We speak Dutch, English, French and German.

Easy accessible by plane by Ryan Air, car and or train. Great climate all year round, even in the winter. Only 45 minutes from the Narbonne beach, 1.5 hours for ski resorts in the Pyrenees and 1 hour from Toulouse for great shopping and more international flights

Located in a calm residential part of Carcassonne, 600 meters from the Lac de la Cavalière ideal for jogging, dog walking offering water acrobatics and tree climbing activities for the children. The property is fully fenced in various partitions. Salt water heated pool 8x4, 4 adult bikes free to use.
