Die Lage und Aussicht auf die Küste mit den Berg-/Felsspitzen im Rücken sind der Wahnsinn! Wer etwas abgelegen vom Trubel seine Ruhe mit fantastischem Ausblick genießen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Küsten der gesamten Costa Smeralda sind in nahezu 15-30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Bis ins wundervolle Örtchen San Pantaleo sind es keine 10 Minuten. Auf den Terrassen und im Wohnzimmer kann man sehr gemütlich verweilen. Die Küche ist recht klein, genügt aber für gelegentliches Kochen, Frühstück usw. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandro war einfach, schnell und gut. Er hat bei Problemen direkt geholfen. Wenn nochmal Sardinien im Urlaub ansteht, dann kommen wir gerne wieder!

Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Le logement offre un très bon rapport qualité-prix et bénéficie d'une superbe vue, qui est un véritable atout. Il manquait quelques petits équipements qui auraient pu être utiles, mais cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour. Le propriétaire a été très réactif et à l'écoute, ce qui a été très apprécié. Il est également très bien situé, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des environs. Un hébergement que nous recommandons pour son emplacement et son excellent rapport qualité-prix.

The view is wonderful, the host communicates quickly and clearly, and the house has all the facilities listed. However they are pretty basic and could do with being updated. The sofa beds are uncomfortable to sit on, and we could not get the en-suite shower to provide hot water for more than 30 seconds. Lastly, the directions are inadequate - you have to take a couple of right turns and pass through a gate marked ‘private property’ to reach the villa. But the view makes up for a lot.

Thanks, to arrive to the villa, coming from Olbia there is To turn on the left in via Rocce Sarde an up hill asfalt road. After 1 km there is a hill with 12 villas that is a private area. I ll send a map to explain it better

wenn man den abenteuerlichen weg durch die berge bis zum haus geschafft hat, geht man durch einen wunderschönen kleinen garten und steht auf einer der sonnenterassen, von wo man einen atemberaubenden blick auf das meer hat!innen ist das haus einfach, aber funktional. alles ist da. und der vermieter ist unheimlich nett!insgesamt betrachtet ist das haus absolut empfehlenswert!

Toller Ausblick! Haus geht so!

Das Haus hat wirklich einen tollen Ausblick. Die Anfahrt sollte man jedoch nicht unterschätzen. Das Haus ist sehr abgewohnt und lieblos. Für uns war es kein Ort zum wohlfühlen.

Wunderschön

Wir hatten 12 wunderschöne Tage im Ferienhaus. Das Haus war gemütlich eingerichtet und war mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief Reibungslos. Er ist auf jeden Frage eingegangen und hat Tipps's gegeben. Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage auf dem Berg in der Natur mit weiteren Ferienhäuser in der Straße von denen man wenig mitbekommen hat. Ein Tipp: Die Wegbeschreibung des Gastgebers UNBEDINGT nutzen Wir sind über Google Maps gefahren und wurden über einen etwas gefährlichen unebenen Schotterweg (mit Bodenrisse, Schlaglöcher und großen Steinen) geführt. Die Route vom Gastgeber ist Asphaltiert und viel besser. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke!

Unbezahlbare Aussicht

Die Lage und die Aussicht war traumhaft. Im Haus hat es alles, was man braucht, auch wenn die Küche eine Renovation vertragen könnte. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandro gestaltete sich unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Wir können uns eine Wiederholung gut vorstellen.

House with a beautiful view

+ House big enough + Terrace really nice + Calm and quiet neighborhood + View from the top of the hill - Everywhere only with car (10-20 minutes reach to everywhere) - A bit hot without airconditioning (I can´t sleep in very hot environment, so this is a small minus)

Lodge Olbia, gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern ersichtlich, das Highlight natürlich der Blick von den drei Terrassen. Der Kontakt mit Alessandro war sehr freundlich und nett, jegliche Abstimmung hat gepasst. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub und ein sehr guter Ort für die Erkundung der Costa Smeralda und der Gallura. Sardinien, Lodge Olbia: Gerne wieder!!!
