WELCOME TO OUR BEACH HOUSE RETREAT!
315 West 4th Street Ship Bottom, NJ
Our beach house has just about everything you could want from a 5 minute walk to the beautiful bay park at the end of our street to a 10 minute walk to the super Ship Bottom beaches.
You are within walking distance of stores and restaurants located just blocks away! Your days can be filled with biking or shopping, beachcombing, dining, sunsets and quiet time under the stars to relax and enjoy the memories of the day. The perfect recipe for a super vacation.
Our house is located on 4th Street in Ship Bottom. We are one left turn off the causeway and another left in 4 blocks. By the time most people get to LBI and into their house, you’ll already be on the beach!
This four bedroom single family house sleeps 10 and is located in the middle of the bay block on a dead end street. We have access from either 4th or 3rd Street with plenty of parking via the 3rd Street entrance.
House Layout
MAIN FLOOR - Living room with TV, cable and DVD player, full bath, dining area in the kitchen, two bedrooms (1-queen bed and 2- two twin beds), washer and dryer, and outside patio and outdoor shower area.
2nd FLOOR – Two bedrooms (1- queen bed and 2- two bunk beds with full beds on the bottom/twins on top) and full bathroom.

Beautiful, charming beach getaway
Upon arrival the welcome tour was wonderful. The house is beautiful and clean inside and out. Ample storage and sleeping accommodations for all. Wonderful hospitality from the property owners. Minutes from the beach and bay with off street parking. We look forward to coming back for many years to come.

We have renters come back to us each year because we offer them a family vacation at a lower price than similar places. We want to rent to people who take care of our house as they would their own. We also insist that there are no pets, no smoking, illegal drugs or anyone drinking alcohol under 21 years old.
