Moreover, with a 5 minutes walk you can reach the Biennale Gardens, an area created by Napoleon at the beginning of the nineteenth century, now home to the main exhibitions of the Biennale of art and architecture with 29 pavilions. A 15-minute walk will take you to St Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge,
but if you prefer you can use the water bus and it can be taken at the vaporetto stop located few steps away from the apartament and so you can reach Piazzale Roma or Murano Island.

Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at
