This apartment really helped make our visit to Edinburgh great. So happy that we chose the Grass Market area over the crowded Royal Mile. We found the management company easy to deal with and very good with correspondence. The apartment itself is well appointed and the perfect size for the two of us. I recommend this apartment completely.

Perfect location, beautiful view of the castle. Hop on hop bus 2 minute walk.Lewis was amazing with our check-in he helped out with our luggage and car park, very friendly man.

Perfect location in Old Town

What a great experience we had here. Property manager Sacha was a gem to work with. Grass market area is vibrant and welcoming. So much fun to just walk around, and very safe. The best part about it was being able to sit by the window and just people watch with an amazing view of Edinburgh Castle in the background.

Perfect location

This is a cozy and charming one bedroom apartment in the heart of Edinburgh. View from leaving room just amazing - right to the castle. Hop off hop on bus has a stop right there which is convenient if you want to discover the city this way. Also, there is an Italian cafe “Piccolo” right next door from the apartment. Friendly staff and the best hot chocolate in the world made our stay even more enjoyable.

Fun First Visit in Grassmarket

This was our first trip to Edinburgh. The flat was in a perfect location for walking around to explore the tourist sites and had an amazing view of the castle. The bed was comfortable, and over all the flat was a perfect size for us. This is a very busy, noisy, party area but was safe with lots of restaurants to chose from. With the bedroom door closed our sleep was not much disturbed. We would chose to stay here again.

Great for two!

Would have given this apartment a 5 if there were only two of us staying. With 4 people we needed to use the pullout sofa in the living room. The living room located at the front of the apartment and being right on Grassmarket was noisy all night long with folks heading home from pubs and car and truck traffic. Also, there were no blackout window coverings. Otherwise, the location and accommodations were very nice.

Beyond words

I absolutely loved the location, the bustling night life and great dining. Thats not even to mention the wonderful castle view and quick access to attractions. Be ready to climb lots of stairs and steep winding roads as you walk around the city. Bus and train is a decent hike away but its certainly walkable because we did nearly every day. Overall I loved it. The flat is nice and spacious for two and can fit a couple more really. Plenty of room to stay in and cook if you please but we found little time for that! The clothes washer worked fine but drying took some time to hang dry. Also we ended up having to buy washer soap. I'd buy the place and live there if I could.

Great Location!

Modern inside. Just as you see. Bedroom is quiet and serene. Grass market area a busy place at night so if you have a guest sleeping on sofa sleeper be aware you may need earplugs. Wonderful coffee shop just below. Overall a great experience. My only gripe was we only had 2 rolls of TP Provided for 2 women for 1week. We both own VRBO properties in Hi and provide our guests with ample We siuggestef This to the host. We don’t want to be saving napkins and searching for TP on our vacation! A second set of towels would have been nice too! The host was responsive and met us at the door which was nice. All In all, a lovely place and location

Wonderful place to stay.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere with ease. The place is exactly as it is pictured in the listing. Very clean. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Edinburgh.
