We enjoyed our stay and this was an excellent location. Despite the location on the Royal Mile we found it quiet at night. Instructions to get to the house were detailed and accurate.Host communication was good.

Great place yo stay while in Edinburgh

We loved staying here! We have been to Edinburgh several times and this location is very convenient and puts you so close its hard to beat. Apartment was clean and all as it should be and host was very helpful and proactive in communicating all of the instructions for the apartment.

We thought the place was charming. Had some very nice stone details. The bathrooms although small, were updated and nice but for the mirror lights that did not work.The apartment is very centrally located. Making it very nice and convenient. However, you’re are on a very busy street so is quite noisy. There is no parking and very strict loading and unloading hours in front of the apartment. Once parked, you will have no need for your vehicle.No one ever defrosts the freezer so the door to the freezer does not close. Carpet was stained, dust issues throughout, especially the fan which could not be used.Need to update welcome manual as there are many corrections and contradictions with the notes posted in kitchen.

Wonderful place and outstanding location

What a great apartment right on the Royal Mile just steps from bars, restaurants and Edinburgh Castle. Plenty of room to enjoy a nice breakfast and wine and cheese in the afternoon! It was perfectly appointed with bed linens, towels and a well equipped kitchen. Thank you Paul for such a nice stay!

Just such a great property

Such a nice property that is so enjoyable and has all that is needed. Paul was a great host and very helpful. Able to enjoy the antics on the street outside and still have the ability to sit back and enjoy a scotch.
