The apartments are located on the second floor (no lift) of a historic building, Palazzo Gaddi, situated in the bright Piazza della Madonna degli Aldobrandini, home to the famous Medici Chapels. <br>The Duomo and Piazza della Signoria are just a 3-minute walk away.<br>The building offers a choice of 3 types of apartments and allows guests to combine multiple units if families or larger groups wish to stay together in the same building. <br><br>BLUE SKY SUITE<br><br>NOTE: For stays longer than 27 days, utilities (electricity, water, gas, and Wi-Fi) are charged to the guest, plus a final cleaning fee<br><br>As you enter the 50-square-meter apartment (renovated and redecorated in 2021), you’ll find a lovely, cosy space: the living room with a pull-out double sofa bed, the dining area with 4 designer azure chairs around a round crystal table, the fully equipped modern, soft blue kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and gas stove, and the bedroom with a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and a designer armchair. The living room features frescoed ceilings—a light blue sky right above you!<br>The apartment has a modern bathroom with a large shower and white fixtures (sink, toilet, bidet), as well as a white bathroom cabinet.<br><br>There is a convenient closet where the washer-dryer is located. <br>The apartment is quite quiet and peaceful.<br>Wi-Fi internet access, LCD TV, AC, plenty of markets nearby, and a special rate agreement with the car park located 30 metres from the property. <br><br>Free amenities: baby cot, high chair, and baby feeding set.<br><br>Check-in day<br>We do our best to accommodate individual guests’ needs regarding check-in days.<br>Check-in time: by arrangement with the owner, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.<br>Check-out time: by arrangement with the owner, by 10:00 AM.<br>In case of late arrival: from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, a 30-euro fee; after 10:00 PM, a 50-euro fee.
