Good property with a view. The resort is in the process of repairing hurricane damage but there are still plenty of amenities. Would recommend.

Although I didn't feel the same about the property grounds, in general, Renata's unit was clean and cozy. The overall property seemed to be in need of repairs, and there was evidence that it hasn't recovered from past hurricane damage. However, I did love the proximity and easy access it had to the beach. The view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room AND the bedroom was gorgeous. The size of the kitchen was also perfect and it felt like a home away from home. I would definitely rebook a stay at this rental not only based on its cleanliness but also for its affordability. Hopefully, at some point in time, the grounds can be returned to its former glory.

Location of actual end unit on side of building gives you two oceanfront views! Unit is a fair deal for the condo. Stayed during contruction, feel sorry for owners as complex had nice options prior to hurricane but as stated none currently. Unit was clean. Easy to find a parking spot & within view from condo. Photo shows 2 recliners in living room, actually only 1, so my 2 men had to shuffle for it LOL

Condo was musty smelling

We enjoyed our stay because the people we visited in the area, but would never stay at this condo again. It was very musty smelling when we first got there. The bedding was not good. We were told that the pool and exercise room was going to be closed for the 6 days we were there and if we still wanted to rent. Decided that wouldn't be a problem and decided to take it. What Renata forgot to tell us that there was major renovations in the whole building. One day there was a strong odor from the stain they were using. The coffee pot didn't work. Thank goodness we had our own. The frying pan was disgusting, had to go buy one so we could at least make breakfast. The hangers in the closet where wired, which most were bent and useless. We would not recommend renting this condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was excellent, clean, many amenities, spacious, easy to check in and check out. Very comfortable. The host was very communicative and would stay there again. Loved that it was directly across the street from a Publix (grocery store) and multiple places to eat in the plaza within close walking distance. Great location, 15 min from the track and only minutes to many resorts, ‘tourist spots’, and downtown Daytona. The overall facility was pretty run down and dated, and back pools area and retaining wall still destroyed from storm 3 yrs ago. Didn’t impede our stay, but the overall grounds could use some attention to spruce it up. Security of the facility and room were very adequate and we felt very safe while at the resort. The view was amazing being right on the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Condo just like the pictures. Spacious and clean. Daytona Beach Resort(DBR) needs to step up and fix amenities. Crumbling sea wall, poo!s,ect. Not owners fault, her place was great. Wish the facilities were up to owner's standard

Great stqy and room only priblem was that a/c needs some work, the fan speed was only one setting and wasnt cool enough, we had tonuse a fan in front of the unit to help with air circulation because we got hot qhile sleeping.

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Ortona Park. The room was clean. The ocean view was beautiful. The property owner sent helpful emails regarding not only our rental, but local attractions etc.. We hope to return one day. On a side note, I highly recommend visiting the Dollar Tree (almost directly across the road) for supplies and travel sized items before looking elsewhere. The store was huge and had the majority of the items we needed, many name brand, for a fraction of the prices found at Publix!
