LV Premier Baixa Lisbon Sun PR2 is a popular 2-bedroom apartment, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the city. It is located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator. The apartment is modern and fully equipped, including air conditioning and central heating. We are right in the city center - Baixa, with many attractions within short distance, as well as a great variety of shops and restaurants. It accommodates 4 people in the bedrooms and a maximum of 1 extra guest in 1 folding bed. We have a second 2-bedroom apartment on the same floor - PR1 (perfect for larger families). 25843/AL



You will find a balcony with a view of the pedestrian area (Rua de São Nicolau), allowing guests to sit outdoors, enjoy a bit of city life while having a relaxing drink. This seasonal rental has a comfortable layout and inviting decor. It's hard to beat the location - everything is at your doorstep and there is easy access to popular areas outside the city, such as Sintra and Cascais, as well as the beaches of Estoril. The elevator is an advantage especially after a day of sightseeing.The LV Premier Baixa LisbonSun-PR2 apartment has two bedrooms (both with balcony access), a comfortable living room with dining area, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom. It offers free Wi-Fi and international cable channels included. The double-glazed windows and central air conditioning / heating will ensure your comfort in the apartment. Like all our properties, this apartment features the LV Premier bed, with ironed sheets and inviting duvets that will guarantee a perfect night's sleep. We include bath towels - soft luxury cotton and personal hygiene products for your first day. The apartment has air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen.
