The villa was priced fairly and location wise was very good. There were a couple of issues however, the first was it could have been cleaner. The upstairs en suite had a stale smell and didn’t feel as clean as it should have. The sofas felt a little dirty I imagine with sun cream but would benefit from a clean. The doors were difficult to lock and there is an ant issue around the pool where we got badly bitten everytime we sat around the pool area on the ground. The en suite shower is far too small and we struggled to use that effectively. The hot water was intermittent in the mornings. Only having one key was slightly inconvenient. The first morning of the holiday the garden maintenance man had a leaf blower going at 8.30am. No attempt to let us know and after a long journey the previous day too early for our first day. The towels need replacing they are too old and again didn’t feel as clean as I would have expected. I can’t say I wouldn’t recommend the villa but it would benefit from a little bit of TLC. The pool could do with a through clean and a warming on how the floor slopes as small children or weaker swimmers might feel a little unsure. Communication was good. I would go again but would expect these small areas to be looked at. Thank you.

Great villa near Sandy beach

We loved our stay here. It is directly opposite coral bay beach and a 5-10 min walk to a bigger sandy beach. At coral beach there is a good cafe / restaurant and you can book water sports on the pier. We did paddle boarding, crazy shark (so fun!) and parasailing (incredible). There was a supermarket and legends pub / bar very close by. And a short drive away some nicer restaurants where you can see the incredible sunsets. We also went to the zoo, to the mosaics in Paris and the tomb of the kings. Also had lazy days in the pool / villa. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday! Thank you.

Place was ideally located for Coral Bay, had all required facilities such as sunbeds and sunbrellas for those lazy afternoons by the pool,having an alarm on the house was reassuring for when we were away for the day and at night. Comms with owner were great and check in/out whilst involved was easy.Comfortable and clean furnishings, what you would expect from a rental. We wanted for nothing during our stay.The only honest comment i would make is i am a 6 foot 210lb male and the en suite shower was not very wide,a larger person might struggle with this. This is the only reason i was unable to give 5 stars. Other than that i can recommend this place.
