Villa Lesbos is a spacious 2 bedroom villa situated in Coral Bay with both sea and mountain views. Perfect for families or couples and is furnished to a very high standard, with imported Italian furniture. It offers spacious open plan accommodation. There is a large private garden with off road parking and extensive patio area around the pool to the side with lots of space for sunbathing. the pool has roman steps .There is a brick built barbecue for alfresco dining. Shops, restaurants, bars, and supermarket are all within a 5 minute walk as is the world famous Coral Beach and bus stop with a regular service into Paphos and the Water Park. Our sister property is Villa Limone is next door (8024406) should you require a second villa for your group. Air-conditioning is included in all the bedrooms. The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

A beautiful villa

From looking for a villa and looking how it was furnished I couldn't have chosen better! Lisa was really helpful with any questions I wanted to ask and she arranged my families pick up via taxi to and from the airport. Once at the villa I would say it was better than the pictures describe as it is absolutely massive inside and has everything you need for a relaxing stay and the welcome pack on our arrival from an evening flight was realy considerate and helpful. All in all I would happily recommend the villa to anyone and thanks so much Lisa for a lovely stay at the spacious and excellently located villa. I hope to be in touch shortly to book again with you!!

The villa is excellent, fully equipped, clean and comfortable. It is very well located for beach, bars and restaurants and supermarkets. Any problems have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Communication with the hosts is excellent and we would highly recommend this property for a relaxing holiday

Relaxing stay

We arrived early hours of the morning after a flight delay to find villa wonderfully welcoming and the host had left a welcome pack in the fridge.After a great night's sleep in the very comfortable bed we headed outside to find a very welcoming and very clean pool everything was as described and we had everything to hand which made our stay perfect.

Great location

Great experience renting this Villa, Lisa was so helpful, we originally booked and had to cancel due to government covid restrictions. The villa was worth the wait, great location, full uninterrupted sunshine on the pool all day, felt like getting in a warm bath with the heat of the sun. The aircon in the bedrooms was much appreciated on a night too. 100% looking forward to stopping here in the future.

Third stay at Villa Lesbos

Another great stay at this villa Lesbo, arrived late to a lovely welcome pack, third visit to this villa, which ticks all the boxes for a lovely stay, peaceful area short walk to Beach and Coral Bay strip,spacious villa, with ceiling fans and air conditioning, everything you need, good pool area, which gets sun all day, and also seated shaded area to cool down and eat... thanks again to our hosts for another lovely stay .... definitely recommend....

Great property

This is a great villa rental, close to the beach and accessible from the airport with ease. Lovely to have a welcome pack available on arrival and really pleased with the water cooler. The sun shone all week for us. Excellent communication with Lisa throughout the booking process and in the lead up to our stay. Would defiantly book again.

Fantastic home from home

The house was lovely and the groceries in the fridge were a real treat, we arrived late in the evening and it was nice not to have to go and find somewhere to get milk, bread, water etc…… The house was spotless and very welcoming, the pool was lovely as we lazed around for a few days just to soak up the sun and enjoy the peace and quiet. Highly recommended and we will definitely be re booking for our next trip to Cyprus

Fantastic home.

This property had everything in it you need. A welcome pack was waiting for us which was a lovely touch. The beds were so comfortable. There are several areas to sit outside and enjoy the sun setting in the evening. The pool was immaculate and was cleaned mid way through our week.

Nice villa and well situated

Nice villa in an excellent location, for all amenities. Most basic essentials provided, although some furnishings inside and outside beginning to look rather tired. A slight ant problem in the kitchen and we had to buy our own ant repellant traps. Nice clean pool which we enjoyed and we were very grateful of the late checkout.

Lovely villa

Stayed in this villa in Aug 19 - lovely villa with a great pool area. Pool gets lots of sun and is a good size. Villa was clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Welcome pack much appreciated after our late arrival. Great location close to beaches . 20 min walk to coral bay strip. Many thanks to Lisa and Felix for looking after us once again.

Perfect

A lovely, roomy villa with fantastic outside space and pool to keep teens and adults happy during a super hot September in Coral Bay. Well situated for local shops and restaurants around a 20 min walk from the villa to the ‘strip’ where there was plenty to keep us entertained without being too much. We were able to take advantage of discounts in local restaurants and various trips all detailed in our welcome pack. Lisa also advised on car hire and booked us a fantastic apartment locally for check out day, due to our late flight which made for a much smoother last day. Overall, highly recommended and cannot wait to return.

Villa Lesbos

Beautiful little villa, very clean, just what we needed, walking distance to supermarket and Coral Bay strip, if your not a walker you’ll probably need a car. Would definitely stay there again. Lisa and Felix go above and beyond arranging taxi transfers and I have to say the welcome pack was definitely appreciated as we were caught up in the Swissport strike action, thankfully the taxi driver waited for us and even stopped at a bakery on the way to the villa, just fabulous care and attention. Thank you Lisa see you next year

The Villa was perfect , our second time to coral bay but first time staying here . Its location being 5 mins away to the strip and beach made it easy to Access . The villa was very good and well equipped with everything needed for the weeks break . The pool was clean and tidy and a nice sun trap The welcome package of light refreshments was great especially after a late arrival . Lisa our host allowed us to extend our late checkout with no problems . All in all a great villa for a family stay would recommend

Home from home

We had a lovely stay at Villa Lesbos. Welcome pack was great as it meant we didnt have to go and do a shop on the 1st day. Villa was super clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. Loved having a pool, instant relaxation and we made full use of the bbq, would definitely recommend a trip to Phillipos supermarket for their marinated chicken breasts and lamb kebabs!! Great location for 2 lovely beaches and restaurants. Also for exploring, we went to Agios Georgios, Latchi as well as some of the local villages and Paphos. Super owners who were amazing before and during our holiday. We had a great time and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend Villa Lesbos!!

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

Why they chose this property

We came on honeymoon to Coral Bay in 2001, we had been looking to buy abroad for a couple of years and Coral Bay ticked all the boxes so on a mad impulse we bought a lump of mud! which is the villa next door to this.We then took delivery of our dream holiday home a year later, it was our holiday home until 2006 when we made the decision to up sticks and emigrate, no regrets!
This villa is a perfect location and being a 2 ed added to limone perfectly as we can now accommodated larger families of upto 10 over the two villas., being a larger fully enclosed plot, amazing blue flagged beaches, great restaurants, sun shines most days, its a peaceful location yet everything is in walking distance so you don't need a car unless you want to explore the island. What more could we want?
