Villa Milena Costa Rei - with sea view

Villa Milena is cosy and comfortable villa just 600 meters (about 8 minutes walk) from the beautiful beaches of Costa Rei. The property is set in an elegant and reserved residence, equipped with an electric gate and private internal parking. The villa is built on two floors: on the ground floor, there is the living area consisting of a spacious living room with a sofa bed, satellite TV, kitchenette, a table and chairs, and a breakfast corner (with an espresso machine, toaster, and boiler). Through a charming wooden staircase, you access the upper floor, where you can find two comfortable-sized bedrooms with a sea view: a main double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed (on request, it is possible to add a third bed or a cot). Completes the upper floor with a large bathroom with a shower and bidet. On the outside, the villa has a small garden with flowers, an outdoor shower, a BBQ area, and a large panoramic terrace (equipped with a table, chairs, and deckchairs) where you can eat and enjoy moments in total relaxation with a breathtaking sea view. The sea and the centre of Costa Rei (with restaurants, pizzerias, and supermarkets) are easily reachable by car or bike, or it can be reached comfortably within an 8-minute walk. The house is equipped with private parking and air conditioning in all rooms, it is fully furnished and equipped (with dishes, tablecloths, detergents, a toaster, boiler, espresso machine, satellite TV, washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and hairdryer). Bedsheets and towels are provided as an extra service (Please note that there is an additional cost per person).
