The apartment, furnished with design furniture, consists of a living room with a complete kitchen and dining table, two bedrooms (double and twin) and two bathrooms with shower. Rates include bed linen and towels. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Host was personal and friendly. She met us at dock and walked us to the apt. Unit was clean and accommodating. Slept comfortably in twin beds. Location was good, close to restaurants. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Dock to catch ferry was a short walk.

Great time in Venice!!

What a wonderful place to stay. Close to everything but very quiet. The accommodations were as advertised and the host was very easy to communicate with and flexible with arrival. A must stay in Venice!!

The apartment was neat and clean and basically as represented on the VRBO website. Not having a clothes dryer for short-stay clients makes the washing machine useless. Not providing laundry pods/detergent, some paper goods also is quite hard on the short-stay client. Drawers in one of the closets doesn’t close so the closet doors don’t close. Small repairs/maintenance makes a lot of difference.

Great location, nice and quiet

For us, the location was perfect. Very quiet, walkable to everywhere. The checkin process was well explained. I did have one question and got an immediate response and great help. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were good. There are stairs to climb, but they are straight up and it is well lit. The listing was accurate. The outside and inside doors are very secure and the area felt very safe. I would consider coming back, for sure.

Access to flat is very difficult with luggage. Door lock to the apartment is very tricky and hard to open.

Place was perfectly clean and organized well. Host communicated easily with us and was responsive to any questions. We stayed in early June for 3 nights, 4 people very comfortable. We loved the location and would definitely stay here again!
