"Indigo Blue" is a beachfront luxury condo located at Grande Bay Resort. The unit boasts unobstructed oceanfront and bay views from the desirable second floor in the front row building. Two balconies allow you to hear the gentle waves of Cruz Bay 30 feet from the condo. Part of the charm of Indigo Blue is having morning coffee or afternoon drinks on the balcony while watching the sailboats in Cruz Bay. The unit may be rented as a 2BR, 1BR Suite or Studio Suite. Each option has a private entrance to accommodate families or couples. We also own Mojo Blue 2 BR lock off located next to Indigo Blue in the front row building same level.

The 1 Bedroom Suite features a full kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a king size bed with an ensuite granite bathroom and tiled shower. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Two balconies, one oceanfront and one off the primary suite allow for outdoor relaxation. A reserved covered parking space comes with the two bedroom and the one bedroom condos. Each condo comes with a washer / dryer combo. The units are fully air conditioned. The 1 BR condo has a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and full size oven and stove top. An electric Weber grill is located on the oceanfront balcony. All linens are provided including beach towels. Additionally, beach chairs and coolers are available for your use.

Indigo Blue is less than a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars and the ferry dock. As you arrive on the ferry Grande Bay is on your right in Cruz Bay harbor. The 1 BR condo does come with a reserved parking space which is a nice convenience because parking is very limited in town. The front desk at Grande Bay will arrange taxi transportation for all Indigo Blue guests. If renting a jeep on island advanced reservations are highly recommended.

Grande Bay amenities include: Resort heated saltwater pool with hot tub overlooking Cruz Bay, air-conditioned workout room with Pilates Reformer and state of the art equipment, and free wireless internet. If traveling to the British Islands passports are required.

The location was excellent, only blocks from restaurants and activity. The condo was well appointed, the view fantastic, and the parking space was an absolute must. There was construction in the suite next door with banging and workers using saws on the balcony during our stay, thereby making sitting out on the balcony impossible except at night. Instructions are needed for the TV; even the condo staff couldn't figure it out. Without the construction, the condo would have earned a solid 5 and we would recommend it to others.

A fantastic location to walk anywhere in town and well equipped condo - super comfy king bed and a patio balcony overlooking bay to relax with coffee in the morning (or a beer in the evening). Parking included but we didn’t have a car this trip. Check in process was very easy and the front desk people kind and helpful. Right next door to the dive shop we used too! Towels, great kitchen, beach chairs - we will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great location for our first trip to St John. Easily walkable to all Cruz Bay restaurants and shops. Beach chairs were a plus! Only critque would be having a better pull out couch sofa mattress.

This is a great 1 bedroom unit! Such easy access with parking and an elevator. The owner provides ample towels and other supplies. Master bed was super comfortable. Amazing deck to watch all the Cruz Bay goings on- which is so fun! We used the pool this time and it’s a hidden gem! We love Grande Bay!

The owners truly made this condo feel like home, not a bare bones rental. Beautiful view of all the boats in and out of the bay. Plenty of beach gear, towels, etc.. I let them know it was our first time on the island and they were very helpful with tips and information. The unit was so convenient to everything in Cruz Bay. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book with these owners again.

Our children have learned how to swim, snorkel and explore on this island and we continue to make wonderful memories with every return trip. We chose Grande Bay as our St. John home because of the premier location. The view is amazing. The amenities are unsurpassed and the convenience to Cruz Bay restaurants and shopping is ideal. The two bedroom lockout feature works well for our family allowing togetherness and independence when needed. The island is so beautiful you can sit back and enjoy your view at the beach and your view from Indigo Blue.

What makes this property unique

The location of Indigo Blue is in the lower Grande Bay building closest to the beach which allows you to hear the gentle waves of Cruz Bay. We enjoy listening to the waves at night. If this is important to you we would recommend the lower buildings rather than the upper building units at Grande Bay.
