Could be really nice with a little love

Perfect location, just a little walk to the beach and Restaurants / Bars. The house itself needs some attention, everything feels cheap (dishes, chairs, towels). Internet not stable, the toilets get stuck easily, water pressure extremly low and furnished without love. What a waste for this nice little house!
