Country house on a large plot with pool, sauna and beautiful outdoor area

The Andalusian-style holiday home 'Nido alegre' is located in the small village of Pago del humo, near Chiclana de la Frontera. The 'Nido' has upscale amenities with spacious rooms. There are 3 double bedrooms (extra bed available), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining area with open fireplace and air conditioning. Outside there are 3 terraces, outdoor kitchen (with fridge and freezer, gas stove, gas grill, sink), sun terrace with sun loungers, private pool (8 x 4 m), Finnish sauna with wood stove. The plot is 6000 square meters with many Mediterranean plants and fruit trees. On the same property there are 2 other houses, both are far away, privacy is guaranteed. The landlord lives in one of the houses and is always available for questions. The house is located about 50 km from the nearest airport Jerez, very easy to reach on the highway, only the last 200 m you have to drive on a dirt road. In the village there are several restaurants, a small food market and a pharmacy. The extensive, sandy beach is about 9 km away from the house.
