Weekend gateaway

We had a great time with our 2 family of 4’s. The layout worked out nicely for our 4 boys age range 7-10. They loved the bunk beds and parents had their own bedrooms/ bathrooms and privacy. 2 downfalls were the walk to the beach was further than anticipated and parking was difficult. Very narrow parking and had to make 10 points turns to get in and out do the spots. All and all great place.

Great HHI Getaway

The location is perfect for enjoying the beach and pool after. Condo was clean and well-appointed with thoughtful accents such as games, comfy furniture, & beach accessories. Walk to beach very convenient, private baths on boardwalk are a huge bonus. Owner is responsive and thoughtful. It's a great stay for families.

Lovely beach vacation

Beach was amazing! Host was always super responsive with any questions we had. Location was good - walk to the beach was about 10-15 minutes. It was nice have the cart and back-pack beach chairs provided at the unit. I would recommend for a family vacation!

Relaxing on another level

The homeowner is so easy to work with. The house was just what we needed and the location to the beach was a 7 min easy walk. The pool was refreshing and this was a great location to bike everywhere. Best vacation so far for our family!

Great location

The unit was clean and comfortable. The bunk room was perfect for our teens and the third floor master was private and quiet. The outdoor spaces could use a good washing down, but otherwise no complaints.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was nice and quiet and located in a great area. The only drawback were all the stairs. You’ll definitely get your in your exercise when heading to and from the bedrooms.

Hilton Head Island Weekend Getaway

We had an amazing time this weekend! We drove down from Southern Illinois on Thursday and stayed until Sunday morning. The property was beautiful, with a nice view of the lagoon. We accessed the beach with the private path, and we utilized the wagon and chairs provided by the property owner. We drove to Harbor Town and did some shopping and visited the lighthouse. It was a wonderful vacation!

Perfect Family Getaway

The condo was perfect for our family and short walk to the beautiful beach. It was well equipped for cooking and the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and a wagon to make hauling to the beach easy. Colleen was very responsive. Oh and grilling on the back deck was very nice! Overall it’s a great condo and quiet at night.

Long weekend family escape

Although our visit to HHI was short we really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Access to the beach was easy as well as reaching Coligny Plaza and the parks. The pools were quiet and clean. The condo was a comfortable "home away from home"! Colleen was extremely prompt with answering our questions and helpful both prior to and during our stay. Thank you!!

Great location on Hilton Head Island

This spacious townhome was well equipped with everything we needed to have an enjoyable vacation near the beach, which was only a short walk from the property. There are numerous shops and restaurants in the area. The owner was always quick to respond to any messages or questions. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of towels, dishes and supplies for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the wagon, beach towels and lawn chairs for walks to the beach. Our only surprise was that the third bedroom was up 2 1/2 flights of stairs and would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Quiet and Convenient

Overall nice unit, toward the back of the complex which lengthens the walk to the beach but also makes it extra quiet. The beach walk is still only 10 minutes and the beach cabana is a very helpful feature. The pools were very well maintained and convenient to the unit. We stayed a month and had only minor issues (refrigerator) and the owner was very helpful and communicative.

Great family vacation!

Unbelievably well stocked....it literally only requires (only add people!) From.beach supplies to spices in cabinets to coozies....beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, even a rolling cooler, no need to haul from.home! The only negative comment I can say is "The gentle walk" is six tenths of a mile but I would definitely recommend this villa.

Clean, convenient and easy beach access

This property is ideally located close to the beach. It's well equipped with beach toys and a wagon for kids, and the pools on the property are great. There's easy beach access right across the street. The property manager, Colleen, is very responsive. We needed to extend our stay there due to a potential hurricane in New York and even though the property was unavailable, Colleen sent us a listing of another condo on the property that had availability. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Beach week

The location of this townhouse is perfect for my family. It is a great location and we rode bikes everywhere. The private beach access was great and the house came with a lot beach gear. This is not a good place for small children or toddlers though. There are a lot of stairs and the railing spindles are very far apart. A toddler could easily walk through them.
