Everything was amazing! Check-in and wifi access were easy, and it was also conveniently located. The property was clean and spacious. It was a fantastic place to start our Lisbon vacation. We would stay here again. Note: there are a lot of stairs to get to this flat, but it's worth it!

A big clean place in a great neighborhood. If it were not for the crazy fluctuation of water temperature in the bath and showers during each visit, the very loud street noise and slow response from my Lovely Stay contact on the last few days I would have given it a 5.

If you're Canadian (or North American) make sure you familiarize yourself with the whole check in process. You need to pre-register with your passport and ID for each traveller staying at the rental before they release the codes to get in. So say, for instance, that you don't have data on your phone when you land in Portugal, you won't get the codes to get in. Also 3 means third floor - you'll need to know this! And the keys are medieval (like not joking)..... and you need to turn the key 360 degrees to unlock it (or lock it). But you will never lose this key it's gigantic. They don't give you much to start off with... So make sure you pack some shampoo and toiletries. Grocery store is around the corner so it's easy to get food and necessities. Clean apartment. Very cool location. Right downtown. You can't get more in the middle everything! A/C is excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was fantastic and the location was perfect. Easy walk to city center and the Alfama neighborhoods. There is a great place to stay to immerse yourself in the middle of Lisbon. Definitely recommend this place and will try and grab this apartment on my next visit

Location was a great launch pad. Luggage - used Bounce to book the Boost Portugal location about two blocks from the apartment. Great to store luggage if you arrive early. Having never traveled abroad, the approach to the stay was scary. Once we got settled, it was perfect! Communication - Didn’t get much reply until the day before the travel. Great stay!

Great location in old city. Spacious and clean flat that needs a bit of updating and a few missing accessories ie face cloths, hand soap, dish cloth to make it more user friendly.

Great Location and Spacious

This property is in an excellent location near the Sé Cathedral and public transit. The apartment is very large with big bathrooms and showers, which is hard to find in Lisbon. The hot water situation was not the best, but it wasn't a big deal. We would stay there again.

Beautiful Apartment

This apartment was in a great location. Nice location for Ubers to pick you up and within walking distance of most locations. Check in was a little confusing at first but once knew which keypad to use it was simple. Would recommend this place for sure!

What a way to explore Lisbon

Our family of four loved this place it was such a great two bedroom two bath in the heart of Lisbon. Our 10 and 11 year old kids especially loved having their own room and we really loved the kitchen and the fact that we were just a few blocks from everywhere we wanted to be. I highly recommend this place for a family or someone looking for more space in the heart of Lisbon.

The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood, close to good bars, shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately, the apartment was not cleaned until almost 3 hours after check in time. Overall, it was a nice experience.

The apartment itself was beautiful and clean and in a great location. However the communication with the rental company was awful and caused stress. They have a completely automated check-in (as did both the other places I rented in Portugal) but they require you fill in a guest registration page before you can get the door codes to get in. However, the guest registration link did not work. I emailed them more than once but only received an automated response. I finally had to contact VRBO support and they spoke to the rental company to get them to send the guest registration page again, which they did but the link still didn't work. Thankfully The VRBO agent had given me the number to contact the rental company through what'sapp. I gave them the information they needed through that. My advice is - if you are going to have a fully automated check-in you better be sure every bit of it works.
