Overall a good stay at this apartment. There was no hot water the first day but this issue was fixed the following day. Convenient luggage storage available before and after checkout

The apartment was spacious and comfortable in a quiet location. There is an excellent supermarket within a 5 minute walk. There were several coffee cups but no coffee maker. The description had mentioned a Moka but not provided. Some washing up liquid and a dishcloth would be useful to keep the sink and dining area clean.

Un buon soggiorno

L'alloggio è situato in un punto delizioso di Dorsoduro, via dalla pazza folla ma comodissimo per il vaporetto e per una passeggiata alle Zattere. L'interno è spazioso, confortevole per due persone. Ho apprezzato il locale per il deposito bagagli, dotato anche di un bagno. L'interno è molto spartano, i mobili sono ridotti all'essenziale, per esempio nel soggiorno/cucina non c'è un mobiletto da adibire a dispensa e nel bagno mancano sgabello e ganci per gli asciugamani. Anche in ingresso servirebbe un attaccapanni, quando piove non è simpatico dover ritirare le giacche bagnate nell'armadio. Infine sarebbe gradito qualche calice per il vino.

There were no hooks to attach wet towels to. It’d also be useful to have a shelf or a cabinet in the bathroom for putting wash bags and washing products etc.

Lo standard è una certezza

Gli appartamenti di Bestvenice hanno uno standard elevato e rassicurante sia nello stile che nella pulizia anche se differiscono in dettagli minimi. Questa location è molto romantica e fuori dai percorsi turistici, ma servizi come negozi o bar sono raggiungibili solo con una passeggiata. I bagni potrebbero essere dotati di ganci per appendere e nella doccia un portasapone. Devo sempre portare la moka per il caffè. Perché non dotare la cucina di questo prezioso utensile? In cucina preferirei avere uno strofinaccio invece di tovagliette di plastica non lavate.

Beautiful, peaceful

We absolutely loved this place! As a group of three friends we were thrilled to see such a large bedroom and such a large living area with a converted bed. The beds were set and made for our arrival. The apartment was in a very quiet, peaceful part of town right across the water from all the action! All sights were within a 20 min walk and the boat dock (Salute) was very close maybe 5 minutes maximum walk and even had a ramp for suitcases which was very welcomed. There is a nice little cafe across the street and lots of places within walking distance. The only downside is no elevator that we saw but a nice neighbor even helped us! Full size kitchen was also appreciated if we had a longer stay. Very nice place would stay again and highly recommend.

Nightmare

No one met us at check in or provided us with keys - only whatsapped us codes to open the building door and unit door. We checked in, killed tons of mosquitos, and went to dinner. When we got back, the keypads were all dead. This company does not have anyone on the phones afterhours(or ever?). Noone responded to our WhatsApp text, Calls or emails. Thankfully we were able to access our apartment (with all of our belongings) with a ladder a local restaurant kindly loaned us. 12 hrs after we reached out someone got back to us. We had to check out and check into a hotel down the block, since we couldn’t leave or enter our apartment with the dead keypads. They are now refusing a refund! Great location and view but lacking customer service - zero communication - and fraudulent business practices.

Appartamento come da foto e descrizione, pulito, ottima posizione, buon rapporto qualità prezzo.. Manca moka per fare il caffè, spugna per i piatti/cucina e per il bagno, qualche prodotto essenziale come sale pepe olio..

Nice apartment in quiet area

Apartment was very nice and in a nice quiet area but short walk to everything The apartment was filled with mosquitos, we tried to kill them all before bed but a few kept buzzing in our ears all night. Would be nice to have wine glasses in the apartment. Early check in was denied even though previous guests have to be out by 10am and check in is 3pm, we asked a month in advance, can’t they send someone to clean earlier?
