The apartment is situated in a convenient location. The public spaces in the building were filthy and very run down. Whilst the apartment itself was relatively clean, it too required maintenance and a thorough clean. The shower didn’t drain and the blinds were broken or torn. No air conditioning but no fans either. Fortunately the bed was reasonable and linen was clean.
The condo is in an amazing location near from boutiques, restaurants and walking distance from a lot of great places. Mike was also very responsive about everything.
The ads mentions a double bed and a twin bed which is not accurate the second bed is a sofa bed in the living room.
Also the shades were removed so it was not very comfortable for the guy sleeping there.
The bathroom has zero privacy and I think is important to advise since I was sharing with friends and it was a challenge the use of the bathroom and the shower since is inside the room and with clear glass. Bed linings could be improved. I would definitely stay there again but now I know the perks of the flat. Thank you
