This is a great property in a lovely area, it looks very much like the pictures and is clean and modern , with everything you would expect plus a few extras

Great house with gated parking. It’s in a great location and only a short drive to York city centre. I would definitely stay there again.

We were very impressed with Fawcett Cottage. Lovely location, great facilities, helpful hosts, and perfectly positioned to explore the Dales, York, Moors, and coast. Would definitely stay again.
