The beautiful outdoor spaces of the house are designed for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On its terrace, you will find a sunbed area where you can sunbathe by the pool and a large table where you can enjoy endless evenings with your companions.

The Villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, 2 with 2 single beds and another bedroom with a single bed, living room, satellite TV, WiFi (high-speed fibre), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue and 3 bathrooms, 1 with bathtub and 2 with shower. In your free time you can enjoy a ping pong table and a billiards table with your friends or family. Free parking on the street.



The property is located in a quiet area of Puerto de Alcudia, which is perfect for those who wish to combine relaxation with leisure. Near the villa you will find restaurants, bars and supermarkets, everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcudia, with white sand and crystal-clear waters just a few minutes' walk from our property. A few kilometres away is the town of Alcudia, whose walls and old town are ideal for wandering through its streets.

Amazing location, Amazing Villa….My wife and I took our 15, 11, 9 and 4 year old with us. My 15 year old boy said it was the best Location for a Villa we ever had. Villa had everything we needed, well equipped and comfy. If we can go again next year, I would be going back here…Short walk to the shops. Restaurants within 200 meters in all directions. It was perfect. Plenty for the girls and my youngest son of 4 to do. They were play areas in restaurants and bar areas which was very handy. You won’t be disappointed

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this property. Everything was exactly as described and matched the photos, so there were no surprises.The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and the communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The host was always friendly, responsive, and helpful. We also felt that the price was fair and offered great value for money.One thing future guests should know is that electricity is charged separately. The cost is minimal, but it’s good to be aware of it in advance. Also, the pool is cleaned twice a week by a maintenance person, which keeps it in great condition.Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!

Amazing visit with my whole family & sister and her family. Totally 9 people and we all had our own privacy because the house is much bigger than you think. Spent a lot of time at the pool. Very good host.
