Villa Verd

Villa was ok. Location for views excellent, but poor for older people as unable to enter water in front of Villa and nearest beach for our group who have walking difficulties was too far away. You need a car, nearest shop was in Alcudia although there is a good pub/ restaurant 100 mtrs away.

Top Haus ins super Lage

Tolles, modernes Haus in super Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht. Gut ausgestattet, große Aufenthaltsräume. Küche vollständig eingerichtet. Tische (drinnen und draußen) ausziehbar (bis 10 Personen). Der Einstieg ins Wasser direkt vorm Haus ist etwas steinigg, fußläufig gibt es aber Stellen mit Sand, wo es besser geht.

De ligging, de indeling en de inrichting alles klopt bij deze accommodatie. Ook naar het ongeluk van onze kleinzoon zijn wij direkt super goed geholpen. Kan het alleen verder aanbevelen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Verbesserungsvorschlag: Fliegengitter in Schlafzimmern Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein leerstehendes Zimmer, dies würde ich als Schlafzimmer nutzbar machen, da auch ein Bad direkt dazu gehört Zumal die oberen Schlafzimmer teilweise in keinem guten Zustand sind (Putz löste sich von der Wand)

Sehr schöne und hochwertige Unterkunft mit Meerbli

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Can Verd sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und hochwertig. Die Villa hat viel Platz und für uns war es perfekt, dass sie ein kleines abgelegenes Apartment mit eigenem Bad hat. So hatten Oma und Opa etwas mehr Ruhe und konnten sich zurückziehen, wenn es mit den Kindern mal lauter wurde. Die Lage hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen: ruhig, aber das Stadtzentrum und ein kleiner Badestrand sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.

La casa es muy grande y está muy bien. Equipamiento completo. Lo mejor: la situación. Mucha tranquilidad y unas vistas increíbles. Agradecemos a la propiedad dejarnos salir más tarde. La atención de Interhome debería mejorar. Para preguntar algunas cuestiones tuvimos que llamar varias veces, cada vez nos decían que nos llamarían para respondernos y no lo hicieron. Desde la casa también llamamos para preguntar una cosa y no respondieron ni devolvieron la llamada.

Informationen zum Übergabe Termin 16:00 erst bei Erhalt der Reiseunterlagen sichtbar! Ansonsten hätten wir einen späteren Flug gebucht! Ganz schlechte Beschreibung/Hinweis wo sich die Schlüsselbox befindet!

Schöner Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie. viel Platz, die Bilder stimmen mit der Realität absolut überein. Sehr gutes Restaurant " Red Rum" (50m), abends unbedingt reservieren. Kleiner Sandstrand (5 m breit) an der Spitze der Bucht, zwei größere Sandstrände (Platja Es Morer Vermel 400m /Platja de Sa Font de Sant Joan 2ooom) allerdings ohne Schirme und Liegen oder eben Port de Alcudia (2 Liegen/ Schirm 13€). Zum Einkaufen empfehlenswert "Mercadona" . Wir kommen wieder, dann als Erwachsenen-Urlaub!!
