Mallorca 2025 June

First time booking a house with my friends, and all worked perfect, Communication via YupiHome was very good. I always got a prompt answer to all my questions. House is in a fantastic condition. and the interrior is modern.Having breakfast outside in the morning and the kids in your own pool, nothing more needed. The Villa lies very central. 1 Minute to get to the promenade with shops, lots or restaurant etc., and around 5 Minutes to the beach. Wonderful stay.

The villa location is good but for 6,000 the villa quality and communication should be better. We had an earlier flight landing at 9am and were told that the earliest we could check in was 3pm?! This would be understandable if it needed cleaning but we arrived at the villa for 10am anyway and the villa was already empty, clean and ready for us. Why try and cause us a delay for no reason?!The washing machine had a serious leak and was located at the top of a marble staircase - Serious health and safety risk. There are lots of loose wires hanging out of the plug socket next to the TV - Very messy & untidy. For a villa that sleeps 8 having only having 3 coffee mugs is an obvious issue that should have been resolved before we moved in. My Wife and I had no towels available and it took 3 days for them to be delivered! The pool filter needs repairing or replacing as 4 out the 10 days of our stay the water was green and cloudy and we did not feel comfortable using it. None of the external lights work so you have to enter the property in complete darkness at night - Great for the elderly guests… A real shame as the villa has potential but for the price we paid these issues should not have been there and there are all easy fixes. Simply lazy and cheap behaviour from the ownerConsidering the price this was a disappointing stay and I would recommend a better kept villa for 6,000!
