The property was so beautiful and quaint with some lovely touches as fresh baked bread, cookies butter etc and even a bottle of champagne in the fridge. Just a very small criticism, the gate which you come in through from the parking area was barely a gate which was broken and had a broken wooden sun lounger in the garden. There was also an old glass greenhouse. And the steps into the house from the back garden were steep and narrow. I would highly recommend putting maybe a hand rail on the steps. We had a toddler so couldn’t have her playing in the garden due to the steps and hazards. We would love to have spent time out there as it was a lovely quaint setting. The interior of the house was so beautiful and no details were spared at all. I would whole heartedly stay there again and recommend it to anyone else.

Thank you so much for your lovely review and for the kind words about the house and the little touches. We’re delighted you enjoyed your stay and would come back.
Thank you also for flagging the few bits in the garden. Those have all now been sorted. Do please give us a shout during your stay if anything isn’t right, as we’re on site and can usually put things straight the same day.
We’ve noted your point about the steps and are looking at what we can do there within the constraints of a listed building.
Thank you again for staying with us and for the recommendation. We’d love to welcome you back.
