A two-storey penthouse flat with sea views dedicated to 6 people. The flat has been designed and conceived to make the best use of the space, both for tourist and holiday stays, as well as for extended family living and remote work for digital nomads who want to take advantage of the proximity of the sea and the centre of Malaga with its beautiful old town. For those who appreciate the comfort of living close to a wide, sandy beach, but also close to shopping and service areas. The flat is also close to the Technological Park located below Malaga. It is also only a few minutes from the airport and has excellent connections to the city centre via the suburban railway, cycle path and promenade.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. So clean, great air on and very comfortable beds. Two balconies make it the perfect place to holiday in. Anna was so helpful and accommodating.

Very nice apartment, clean and tidy. Quite area but only 10 minute walk to nice restaurants and shops, beach is 5 minute walk. Anna was very nice lady who welcomed us. Will definitely recommend this apartment and will be returning next year with my family for 2 weeks.

Lovely property. 2 large balconies with plenty of outside space. The apartment is set over 2 floors - with a stunning master on the top floor. The apartment is well equipped. The pool is big and open from 11am until 8pm (August). In terms of location - very good for the beach and the top end of Torremolinos beach front - but you are quite a way from the centre - so would need to jump in the C1 train from Los Alamos station (5 min walk) to get to where you want to go. Great stay

We stayed here to celebrate our Mum's 60th birthday and we all fell in love with the property, especially the two spots on the terrace. Our host was very helpful and would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Eine super Lokation für 5 Erwachsende, großzügig geschnittenes Apartment, alles in einen sehr guten Zustand (wie im Internet Beschrieben). Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr hilfreich, jedes Problem wurde schnell erledigt, nochmals besten Dank. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den kleinen Bedarf ca. 700 m entfernt, für einen größeren Einkauf empfiehlt sich ein Auto.
