The apartment complex has a huge open field in the backyard. The apartment is located on the second floor. It has two bedrooms, two individual bathroom sink cabinet vanities, and a toilet and shower. Anything in the kitchen is available for you to use.

We stayed here for the summer of 2026 (May-Sept). A big advantage of the apartment is the close proximity to downtown (15 min), and Pineridge Natural Area (5 min), which is great for hiking and mountain biking. The apartment's kitchen is well furnished and has everything you need to cook during a long term stay. Parking wasn't an issue for my truck, and the lot even had a space for my motorcycle. Check in and check out was a breeze, and Zhibo was very responsive with his communications. We had an issue with the router malfunctioning towards the end of the stay and he quickly got us back up and running. I do have two recommendations to make the stay even nicer, that I hope he will implement. Colorado gets very hot in the summer months and just opening the windows isn't enough to cool it down. There was a window AC unit in the south bedroom, which we slept in. However I recommend putting in another AC unit in the front bedroom, Costco has portable ones for about 400 and they make a huge difference. Also I'd add a sunshade umbrella to the back patio and seat cushions for the chairs to make it more comfortable for guests to sit out there. Total cost for the umbrella and chair cushion set would be around 100. Fort Collins is a great town to visit! Thanks again for the nice stay Zhibo! :-)

Thank you so much for staying with us this summer and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very happy to hear you enjoyed the location, kitchen, parking, and your time in Fort Collins. This was one of the hottest summers we’ve had in quite some time, and we completely understand the desire for additional cooling. Unfortunately, our HOA guidelines do not allow air-conditioning units to be visible from the front of the property. Even portable air conditioners require venting through a window, so those are subject to the same limitations in the front bedroom. We do provide fans throughout the apartment to help keep the space comfortable, and we continue to look for additional cooling options that will work within the HOA requirements. We also appreciate the suggestion about a patio umbrella. We’ve tried them in the past, but with the 20 mph winds that are common here, we’ve had issues with umbrellas blowing over or off the patio, even when closed. For the safety of our guests and neighbors, we ultimately decided it was best not to have one. We truly appreciate you choosing to spend your summer with us and are grateful for the thoughtful feedback. We hope you left with some wonderful memories of your time in Fort Collins, and we would be happy to welcome you back!

Comfort in the Mountains

Spacious, safe, clean condo with everything you'd need for a short or long stay. We stayed here for 70 days, close to shopping, highways, University and one hour from Denver and the mountains. Host was extremly helpful, organized, returned messages promptly. Highly recommend this listing.

I love spending time in the mountains, on the reservoir, and enjoy the Colorado sunshine. I am also an Alumni of University of Wyoming and University of Denver.

The neighborhood around the apartment is in a quiet residential area that is minutes away from various grocery stores, restaurants, public transit, CSU, local parks, community trail system, downtown Fort Collins and gas stations. The apartment is located across from a high school, during the school year (August - May) students will be coming and going in the morning and late afternoon.

Two bikes are available for you to use. Fort Collins has an extensive trail system connecting the whole community.

The apartment is one mile south of the college. A bus stop is located right at the street corner.

Uber, Lyft, shuttle services, limo, and local taxi services are available in the community as well (fees apply for those services).
