The place is small, but perfect for two or a small family. It was clean, well-equipped, and very well located (walking distance) related to downtown, library, post office, parks, trails, Poudre River (trout fishing), the university and food shopping. We would definitely come back again.

The place was a comfortable size for the two of us with a nicely stocked kitchen and reasonable bathroom. The full size fridge was a plus. The location was absolutely amazing with such close proximity to downtown, Lee Martinez park and the Poudre River trails.

Cute place. Close to Old town

This was a cute and clean little house very conveniently located to Old Town Ft.Collins. The property owner is pleasant and quick to respond. Would recommend staying here vs a high priced hotel without privacy.
