My wife and I’ve been going to Fort Collins for over 25 years. We were up there for a wedding. I spent four days the property was beautiful. The neighborhood was beautiful communication with the owner was excellent. We will be returning. Thank you again. It was wonderful.
Great location close to downtown. We were able to easily walk to restaurants and bars. Plenty of street parking in front of the property. Property was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

We are 50-year residents of Old Town in Ft. Collins and live just two blocks from this apartment. In addition, we have a combined 25 years of experience in the resort business, understand the importance of prompt and courteous customer service, and welcome questions and constructive feedback.
Why they chose this property
We came to Ft. Collins to attend the university and stayed because the town offered wonderful opportunities for recreation, natural beauty, friendships, and lifelong learning. It continues to provide these amenities decades later. We purchased this house from the first owners who built it in 1948.
