Just steps from Piazza Santa Croce, right opposite the famous basilica, this welcoming apartment is on the first floor of a typical Florentine building, without a lift. In a lively neighbourhood full of restaurants and shops, it makes the ideal base for exploring Florence on foot, with all the main attractions within easy reach.
The apartment features two double bedrooms (all beds can be split into singles), a living area with a well-equipped kitchenette and dining table, a spacious bathroom with shower and a bright liveable balcony overlooking the Church of Santa Croce. Air conditioning is provided, perfect for the warmer months, along with a Smart TV and coffee machine.

The real highlight is the liveable balcony directly facing the Basilica of Santa Croce, a stunning view where you can relax. The location, highly praised by guests, lets you reach every corner of the historic centre on foot.

Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM; a supplement applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM and we are always reachable for any need. On arrival you will find a courtesy kit for your first essentials. The home has a boiler: for maximum comfort we recommend using the shower one at a time. The apartment is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). The tourist tax is €6 per person per night, to be paid at check-in.
