With three bedrooms including a king-size with en-suite shower room, a twin and a children's bunk room along with a bathroom, the property sleeps six guests. Enjoying a luxurious open-plan living area, with French doors leading to a patio with sweeping sea views, there are 1.5 acres of landscaped communal gardens, including a sheltered sunken garden, and barbeque area. Suitable for couples and families, 5 Thurlestone Beach is the perfect coastal bolthole.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, bread maker. TV with Sky, WiFi, DVD player, music system with CD player and digital radio, selection of CDs, DVDs and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and children's utensils and crockery available. Designated parking for 1 car. Shared garden with lawn, patio, barbecue and furniture. Two small well-behaved dogs welcome. Strictly No Smoking. Shop and pub 0.8 miles, beach 0.3 miles. Note: Parking is strictly for one car (no trailers or additional overnight visitors cars are permitted) free parking is available within the village. Note: Note: Cot linen and beach towels are not included.

The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.
