Perfect chalet as a base for hiking in Jungfrau. The space was clean, very comfortable beds, all the amenities we needed, great views from the balcony, and easily walkable to train station and grocery store. We highly recommend and would be thrilled to stay here again!

Great stay

Amazing place with modern and clean aesthetic. Beautiful views. Comfy bed and linens. Kitchen was well stocked. Very very clean. No laundry detergent - a few starters would be helpful. Note - those with mobility should consider the 4 flights to get to the front of the chalet as well as the incline road walking to town each day.

We had a lovely stay at chalet roossi. The management company was very responsive to questions. The apartment is at a corner so you have views from 2 sides. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I only wished there was more seating in the living room area. I would suggest removing some of the shelves there and add another small couch. The existing couch fit 3 people at most.

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment!! What drew us to it was the location (the idea of being in a more quaint town), the view from the apartment, the balcony, the convenience to the train, having washing/drying available, the vibe of the apartment… all of this met our expectations and on top of it, the staff we communicated with was above what we could’ve asked for! Yes, the walk going TO the train is up hill and yes, there are a number of stairs up to the apartment but it wasn’t a big deal at all for us. We loved the town of Wengen! The food options were on point. One of our favorite hikes of the trip was going from Mannlichen to Kleine Scheddig via the panoramic trail, then taking the train back to Wengen along the base of Jungfrau. The peacefulness at night, along with the cow bells, is a sound I hope I remember forever. We love Switzerland. We love Wengen. We loved it so much and can’t wait to return!!!

Nice and clean, hike up hill to town was not expected

Very clean and bright accommodations, quiet area, great views. Laundry facilities are great to have. This is a 10 min walk up a fairly steep hill to get to the train station and town. We were not expecting it to be that far. Also there is no service and you have to clean and take out your own trash and recycling which adds a lot of time if you plan to leave early. Also there is no air conditioning and it was quite hot the first couple of days which made it hard to .
