Villa Pura Vida sits in a wonderfully peaceful location amongst the sunny pine covered hills. The striking modern designer home with beautiful heated private swimming pool and surrounding sun-drenched terrace, can sleep up to 11 guests in 4 bedrooms.



The open plan living area has large panoramic windows capturing the views. The private outside spaces include sun loungers, a chill out area, a covered outdoor kitchen with dining space and a large Weber BBQ. There is also a trampoline area.



Villa Pura Vida is a perfectly presented holiday home with 220 m2 of stylish modern interiors that have been recently refurbished. The villa offers the ideal accommodation and facilities for a wonderful family holiday in the Mediterranean sun.



Entrance Level

Entrance to Villa Pura Vida is accessed down a staircase from the private driveway and front courtyard. The front door opens into a hallway with steps descending to the lower level.



To the left there is a guest toilet and access to a separate area where 3 of the 4 bedrooms are located. On the right is a bright, spacious, and air-conditioned open plan living space including lounge, dining area and kitchen.



The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, a coffee table and large 65 inch Smart TV. Close by is a large dining table with enough seating for 10 to 12 guests. The whole space is flooded with light from the windows that cover the whole of the front wall of this room.



The large American style kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for a family holiday including oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.



Also located on this floor of Villa Pura Vida are 3 of the 4 bedrooms; a master suite and two doubles. The beautiful master suite has its own bathroom, a large open wardrobe and access to a small terrace.



There is also the option to use an additional single bed in this room.



The two double bedrooms (which can also be prepared as twin rooms) are both spacious and light and have double sliding doors to a small terrace.



These two double bedrooms share a good sized family bathroom.



Lower Level



Steps from the entrance hallway lead down to the fourth bedroom and provides access to the heated swimming pool and outdoor dining areas.



The large fourth bedroom has 4 single beds that can be configured as required by our guests (doubles or singles).



There is a full family bathroom and a cloak room with a full fridge-freezer to fill with ice and cold drinks to enjoy by the swimming pool.



Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom – double / twin with dress room, ensuite, A/C and terrace access. Option to use additional single bed.

Bedroom 2 – double/ twin with double wardrobe, A/C and terrace access.

Bedroom 3 – double / twin with double wardrobe, A/C and terrace access.



Lower Level –

Bedroom 4 –Quadruple room with flexible configuration (e.g., 2 doubles or 1 double & 2 singles etc), A/C and large wardrobe.



Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1 – ensuite to master – Walk in shower, toilet and washbasin.

Bathroom 2 – family bathroom, bath with shower, washbasin & toilet.

Bathroom 3 – located on lower level – shower, washbasin & toiletToilet – located top floor by entrance – washbasin & toilet.



One of the main attractions of Villa Pura Vida is the fantastic 8m x 4m private heated swimming pool and hot tub (pool heating on request at an extra cost of 280 euros, minimum). After a cooling dip there is plenty of space around the pool for relaxing on one of the 6 sun loungers.

Alternatively, the chill-out area offers comfortable seating and a low table, and is ideal for enjoying a drink in the sun.



Under the shade of the villa is an outdoor kitchen equipped with a sink, fridge, hob, large gas Weber BBQ and a large dining table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests and is the perfect space to enjoy alfresco dining.



The smaller guests can have fun on the trampoline and the slide by the pool.



Villa Pura Vida is perfectly set up for a relaxing and laid-back holiday in a peaceful and natural environment.



Despite its peaceful and natural location, Villa Pura Vida is only a 17-minute drive through beautiful vineyards and mountains to the bustling seaside resort of Sitges with its abundance of boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants, and miles of golden sandy beaches.







A car is recommended. Taxis available

– House is not suitable for elderly, restricted mobility or wheelchair users.

– The pool is not fenced and so young children should be supervised at all times.

- Heated pool available on request with extra fee. Please note that the water temperature we hope to achieve is between 22-29 degrees, however, this cannot be guaranteed in the winter months due to factors such as high rainfall and adverse weather conditions etc.



The price does not include tourist tax of 2,00 € / person / day. This must be paid on arrival.
