Our stay was great. This was conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the train station and removed the need for a taxi. It is also close to the bus station for a day trip to Siena. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed. All the big sites are within a 15-20 minute walk making it the perfect place to just stroll around. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Florence. Check in was smooth. The apartment was very clean with all the amenities. It was in a great location, with about a 15 minute walk to everything. There are many fantastic restaurants very close to the apartment. I would highly recommend!

My family and I (5 adults) stayed for 3 nights in July 2026. The property fitted our needs perfectly and provided an excellent base from which to explore Florence. All the tourist/historical sites of interest, the train station and the airport (via the tram) are easily accessible from the apartment. Other reviews have mentioned the top floor location of the apartment and the number of stairs, which is true, but we did not find this to be an issue. Also, the expected occasional traffic noise from the street below due to the city centre location can be well excluded provided care is taken when closing the window to the main bedroom and ensuring the top locking mechanism engages properly. Overall we found the apartment to be clean and in good order, with Oscar providing a comprehensive check in experience. In summary, we’d recommend property to anyone thinking of a similar short city break.

The apartment was nice and it fit our family of 5 well. I was a little frustrated because t didn't provide the attachments needed to use the hairdryers that were provided and I reached out on WhatsApp but never heard a response. We were there for a wedding so the hair dryers were pretty important. It was also an incredibly loud street and there was street noise all night long.

The location of this property was fantastic! So close to the train station, which was great. Very close proximity to so many things and great restaurants. There are lots of stairs so people with heavy bags might find it difficult.

Great day trip to Florence

My family stayed here for one night as we journeyed across Italy. The loft area was a big hit with the kids. The location made walking to and from the train station a breeze, and we were able to walk to all of the other sites we wanted to see as well. I would stay here again.

Perfect Spot By Santa Maria Novella Train Station

5 Minutes to the train station and 10-15 minutes in any direction to the top sites in Florence. It was very clean, modern and comfortable for our family of 4 (two teen kids). Would definitely recommend and return next time we're in Florence.

Due to unforseen circumstances we had to be moved to a separate property which was larger, lovely and nearer the center of Florence. We lacked for nothing except perhaps a roll of paper towels and some hot pads for use in the kitchen.

The place was clean. This a place that sleeps 8 people but they only had one key! I read that the hair dryers didn't work in a previous review and when I asked about that they replied that they have hair dryers. They had ones that don't fit in the outlets that they use. They did bring two more hair dryers that did work, the next day. My daughter got unexpectedly sick at about 4:00am and I wanted to check out later to extend our stay by about two hours. The owners would not allow that. They said someone else needed to check in that day. That was disappointing. I thought the location was great and we had plenty of space.

Amazing Apartment in Florence

The property was located in the heart of Florence, about a 5-minute walk from the train station. It was gorgeous and had everything you could need within a short few-minute walk. The grocery store between the rental property and the train station had everything we could need. Historical landmarks, museums, and amazing restaurants were all an easy walk away. This property fit our party of 8 perfectly and had enough room to relax after a long day of adventuring. Thank you for accommodating our stay while we explored Florence!
