This brand-new villa on 3,500 m² of private land offers all the luxury and privacy you need. The large terrace and 8x4 private infinity pool offer breathtaking views of the Garfagnana Valley (also known as Italy’s best-kept secret).

Lucca, Pisa, and Florence are just close enough for a day trip, as are the beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi (the Queen of the Italian Riviera).

The Garfagnana Valley is dotted with picturesque villages, gorgeous mountains, and sprawling forests. It’s a great place for hiking, biking, and adventure sports. The excellent and affordable food in traditional, family-owned restaurants will definitely surprise you.

We provide bedding, towels, and cleaning services. Transport services are available for an additional fee. Two additional beds (floor mattresses) can be provided, and starting in the 2025 season, a sofa bed for two people will be available.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
