Simple appartment

Simple appartment in a block of flats. The kitchen is small and poorly equipped, given the size of the flat. Be aware that it has no air-conditioning. (We noticed, because it was >33°C outside.) Big rooms, we slept well. No dedicated parking available, so we had to look elsewhere for public parking, which was no big deal, though. Communication with the agency was a disaster. After I reserved the object, I was directed to their web page via email to provied more data and pay the tax. However, the email was so confusing that I didn't understand at first. Then, the web page didn't work properly so I couldn't finish the process. I sent several emails, never got a response. I had to give them several phone calls to get this resolved.
