The apartment had every thing you needed

The apartment had every thing you needed. Bed was comfortable and big. The lounge furniture was also so comfortable. The place was spotless. The free little touches were fabulous, like tea coffee tray. Washing up liquid and washing and softener for machine. Toilet rolls, kitchen rolls. Everything to get you started if you'd forgotten things also soap and shampoo/ conditioner. The water pressure it fantastic and takes seconds to heat up. The shower is a power shower, fabulous. The view was of the sea and roof tops over St Ives.

St. Ives with the best location and the best view

The location is exceptionally beautiful. You have a wonderful view of St. Ives Bay. The holiday apartment was clean when we arrived and had everything you need, including a washing machine and dryer. The property management was very cooperative and even organized a drying rack for us. Key access was via a door code, which was very straightforward. The train station/bus stop can be reached in 10 minutes. The town center and a beach (one of four!) are also just 10 minutes away. There are smaller shops in town. A larger supermarket is about a 30-minute walk away, you can take the bus. We can highly recommend this holiday apartment.

Fabulous second stay

My second stay here and it was even better than I remembered. Kitchen well equipped with everything needed, fabulous, powerful shower (useful when walking the coast path in torrential rain with mud!) amazing views, comfy bed and super linen. Nothing. It was perfect for me.

Spacious apartment with excellent sea views.

The apartment was spacious and had a fabulous sea view. It was bright and fresh and well-presented, with good facilities. The apartment was quite a long way up the hill, but this wasn't a major problem for us. Parking at the apartment was good during the day, but you were not guaranteed a space if you came back in the evening.

Fabulous apartment perfect for a relaxing break.

What a fabulous apartment! The building was once a swish hotel and has been renovated tastefully with huge rooms. The apartment had everything I needed and more. Loads of space, fabulous views, comfy bed and sofas, plenty of kitchen equipment, but also only a 15 minute walk to the centre if you wish to dine out. It is a steep climb back from.the harbour, but this means you can eat a pudding and walk it off on the way home! Absolutely nothing in my opinion. I've stayed in many apartments and cottages, during my trek along the SW coast path, and this has been the best yet.
