We loved how close it was to the town, making it walkable throughout our stay. The home itself was very comfortable and felt like we were staying at a family member's home. You can tell the owners really put care into their renters experience. We will stay again during our future visits.

But wanted to be close enough to the village without having to worry about parking 2 cars. We were within walking distance to the village. It was a perfect location and actually out 2nd time staying!

Great visit!

The house was comfortable, clean, and close to the Village, which allowed us to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I'd stay there again anytime!

good location near the pier but don't be fooled that there are three bedrooms upstairs. and bring or buy your own toilet paper and foil and saran wrap and cream and sugar.

The decor was so cute, everything was well stocked, the house was clean and cozy. We were walking distance from the main strip and driving distance from a very nice beach. If we ever come back to SSI I would definitely rent here again.

We Went On a Cruise and Ended Up At St Simon Island

We loved the great location of this house. We could just walk all over the downtown area and the beach and pier. We did drive to other areas, but some days we didn’t need a car.The house was decorated beyond what you can imagine. I was continually finding new items that I hadn’t seen before. The house had great space for our group. The bedrooms were all great and worked for our group. We really appreciated the 3 1/2 bathrooms. The WiFi worked great along with the AC and heat. (We needed both.) Washer & dryer were great.

Big Oak on Butler

The house is in an ideal location for walking to restaurants and shops and is beautifully decorated with interesting artwork and antiques. It's a very comfortable place with everything we needed for our stay. We have loved SSI for many years and will be back!
