The kitchen was the size of a closet with only a mini fridge and the bathrooms were very small too. The other rooms were very large. Should have used some sqft on the kitchen and bathrooms.

The apartment was ultimately nice, clean, safe, and in a great location, and we appreciated having it as our home base while in Paris. However, there were a few things that made our stay more difficult than it needed to be. The check-in process was quite confusing. We received the entry code very last minute, which created some hassle on our first day. Once we got into the building and retrieved the key, there were no clear instructions telling us which floor or apartment we were staying in. There were also no identifying numbers on the keys or doors. We ended up knocking on several neighbors’ doors and trying to figure it out until a neighbor was kind enough to point us in the right direction. There were also a few maintenance issues during our stay. The doorknobs in the back bedroom fell off, the back bathroom shower door was difficult to open, and the hot water for the shower went out multiple times in both baths. A simple information sheet inside the apartment would also be very helpful. There were three TV remotes, but we could only get one to work, and we couldn’t find Wi-Fi instructions in the apartment. The Wi-Fi information was available online, but of course, it’s a little difficult to access a website when you don’t yet have Wi-Fi! Overall, the apartment itself was comfortable and reasonably priced, and we felt safe staying there. With clearer check-in instructions, an information sheet for guests, and a few maintenance fixes, the experience could be significantly improved.

The location of the accommodation is good, You can park at a lower cost compared to other parking lots at the parking lot informed by the host, There is also a supermarket nearby, On the first day of arrival, I was able to walk to the Sacre Coeur Cathedral without any difficulty, The rooms on the road side are a bit noisy, but the rooms on the opposite side are very quiet, This accommodation is very suitable for large families,

Very unhappy with stay, mostly because we had an issue upon checkin and the host never replied in 5 days. Specifically, the refrigerator barely cools, meaning no cold drinks and had to throw away food unsafe to eat. In addition, scaffolding and plastic is covering living room windows, making place dark; workers banging right outside the windows at 8am; yellow stains on pillows; dirty duvet; no dish towels to dry dishes; etc. This is far from the luxury unit it is marketed as, especially for the price.

The proximity to the Eurostar station and nearby supermarkets make this location extremely convenient for families, However, the inaccurate access code was a minor inconvenience during check-in and check-out, Despite this, the host's excellent communication made the overall experience positive, I would recommend this room to anyone looking for accommodation in the area,

The flat is in a fantastic location, near the underground, It was ideal for two families of 2 2, Regrettably, the flat needs a deep clean, Nonetheless, everything else is wonderful and I would suggest it for a trip to Paris 😊
