Quality remodeled home. In sought after neighborhood close to UNM, Hospitals, parks, Nob Hill. Huge chef's kitchen. Loaded with amenities for families. Very nicely landscaped front and backyards, covered patio & shade trees. SORRY, BUT ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS OR PARTIES MAY BE HOSTED AT THIS HOME. ALSO, NO WEDDING ACTIVITIES AT ALL ARE ALLOWED. NO FAMILY GATHERINGS BEYOND THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE SPENDING THE NIGHT!! OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10 PM AND 9 AM WILL BE ENFORCED. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, OR YOU WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL $300 CLEANING FEE!

Such a beautiful home, the beds were amazing and the host was great! The backyard was also perfect. A nice grill games to play water fountains. I loved it.

Great neighborhood

The house is just lovely. Great location for shopping but we loved the neighborhood. The other homes were nice and the streets were quiet. We took walks and other families were out too. We ate outside in the backyard and enjoyed the fountains. The interior was beautiful and well furnished. They owners thought of everything to make sure your stay was relaxing. We would definitely stay here again

Absolutely Wonderful

The entire stay was excellent. The house is beautiful, it was clean, it was easy to access, the backyard is STUNNING. We very comfortably slept 7 adults. Highly recommended.

Perfect house in Albuquerque!

We stayed here while visiting family. It comfortably held me, my mother, and my 2 daughters (26 and 22). The house is beautiful and has so many wonderful comforts. Everything you could need is in the kitchen! The beds (and pillows) were so comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio in the super cute backyard and enjoyed spreading out in the living room watching movies. The neighborhood is so lovely and close to everything. Thank you so much for taking such care to provide a great home to stay in! We'd love to come back. :)

Gorgeous home in nice neighborhood

This is a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Every detail of the home has been done exceptionally well. Conveniently located to the university and central to all locations in Albuquerque. Highly recommended.

This home is beautiful! It was well stocked and had plenty of space. Though we were gone from the house most of the time, it was great to have a place to go back to, to relax and sleep!

Everything was just perfect.

Everything you would want to make your stay great is there. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen has everything and more, the backyard is soothing. We would stay there again and again.

Amazing place to stay

The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with many parks nearby. It is close to everything and is easy to navigate from the house to any location in Albuquerque. It is a serene and peaceful place to vacation or work.

Fabulous!

My siblings and their spouses were in town for my wedding and stayed at this property right up the street from my house. The property is lovely and beautifully furnished and has all the amenities one could need. This is the second time we have had family stay at this property and will certainly consider renting again in the future!

Amazing home with a gracious host

The home is beautiful and serene. Neighborhood is lovely and close to everything. There is a park nearby and lovely areas to walk. The water features at the house create a calm and energizing stay!

Great house!

Six of us who used to teach together met for a 4 day getaway. The house was perfect for us! Comfortable gathering area, great outdoor space. They even welcomed us with snacks. It was a great stay!

Family vacation

The property was incredible. It had everything you would ever need. We traveled with our elderly parents and they loved the walk in shower and the comfortable firm chairs to sit in. For the days they did not want to go site seeing they enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful back yard. We will definitely return.
